- Early Lease Termination: Terminating a lease early does not trigger a retroactive refund. It is governed strictly by the financial penalties detailed in your signed commercial lease agreement.
5. Refund Disbursal Restrictions
- Original Payment Only: Refunds are processed strictly to the original credit card, bank account, or digital payment profile used during checkout.
- No Cash/Alternative Swaps: We will never issue a refund to a different card, a third-party account, or via cash/wire transfer. This eliminates "chargeback phishing" and money-laundering schemes.
- Processing Delay: Once a return is approved following a physical inspection, please allow 5 to 7 business days for financial institutions to settle the funds back to your account.

You will be permanently banned from buying, leasing, renting, or booking lessons across our platform.
- Asset Retrieval & Law Enforcement Intervention: If a chargeback is initiated on an active rental, lease, or concert backline asset currently in your physical possession, the gear is legally classified as stolen property. We will immediately charge your on-file billing profile for the full MSRP replacement value, report the instruments' unique serial numbers to national theft databases, and forward the complete file to professional commercial collection agencies and local law enforcement for asset recovery.
- Liquidated Damages & Fee Reimbursement: We actively contest all fraudulent chargebacks by supplying banks with video-recorded intake logs, tracking data, signed lease agreements, and explicit checkout checkbox opt-in logs.
