Whether you are sliding onto a tight jazz club stage, setting up an intimate acoustic gig, or engineering a retro tracking session, this kit delivers full-sized projection with a highly transportable footprint.
What makes the Gretsch Catalina Club the ultimate small-stage drum kit?
The Catalina Club redefines small-shell punch by utilizing 7-ply premium mahogany shells. Mahogany is naturally celebrated for its rich, warm midrange frequencies and an incredibly deep, organic low-end fundamental tone. When paired with Gretsch’s traditional 30-degree bearing edges and interior natural sealer coating, these compact shells achieve maximized head-to-drum contact. The result is the unmistakable, highly musical "That Great Gretsch Sound" packed into a configuration that rolls easily into any venue or vehicle trunk.
